Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Lock Planner app, published by Nikmesoft Company, Ltd. (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Your tasks
Your tasks are stored on your device and remain yours. We cannot see or recover them; keep your iPhone backed up if you don't want to lose them.
2. Lock Planner Pro
- Lock Planner Pro is available as a yearly auto-renewing subscription (with a 7-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel it in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription or the lifetime purchase.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment; it does not renew.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app beyond what the law allows.
4. No warranty
Lock Planner is provided “as is”. Widgets and calendar data depend on your iPhone and its settings; we work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
