Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Fast Printer App: Print & Scan (“Fast Printer”, “the app”), published by Nikmesoft Company, Ltd. (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Fast Printer on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app and its contents, including the printable pages bundled with it, remain ours or our licensors'. Printables are for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your documents

Documents you scan, import or create stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for the content you scan, print and share, and for having the right to do so. We have no copy of your documents and cannot recover them, so keep your own copies (export or share the PDFs, or back up your device) of anything you cannot afford to lose.

3. Free plan and Premium

  • From version 1.5, the free plan keeps up to 5 PDF documents. Premium is optional.
  • Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription (1 week or 1 year) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
  • “Restore Purchases” in the app restores Premium on a device signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Fast Printer to scan, print or share content that is illegal or that infringes others' rights, and don't attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app beyond what the law allows. Websites you open in the built-in browser are subject to their own terms.

5. Third-party services

Printing uses Apple's AirPrint and your printer; text recognition uses Apple's on-device frameworks; purchases are processed by Apple. We are not responsible for printers, websites or services that we do not operate.

6. No warranty

Fast Printer is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, that every printer will work with it, or that scans and recognised text will be accurate. Check important documents before you rely on them.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Termination

These terms apply until you or we end them. They end automatically if you break them; you can end them at any time by deleting the app.
