Widgets
How do I add Lock Planner to my Lock Screen?
Unlock your iPhone with Face ID or Touch ID, but stay on the Lock Screen. Then:
On iOS 26
- Touch and hold the Lock Screen, then tap Customize.
- Tap the widget area, choose Lock Planner and pick a widget.
- Tap Done.
On iOS 18
- Touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then Customize Current Wallpaper.
- Tap the widget area below the clock. Scroll past the suggested widgets until you see Lock Planner, and tap it.
- Choose a widget and tap Add, then Done.
If Lock Planner isn't in the list, open the app once and try again.
Why does ticking a task on the Lock Screen ask for Face ID?
While your iPhone is locked, iOS asks you to unlock it (Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode) before a widget can change data in its app. This stops someone else who picks up your phone from changing your tasks. Once your iPhone is unlocked, the tick goes through right away.
Calendar
My calendar events don't appear
Check that Lock Planner is allowed to access your calendars in Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars. Your events are read on your iPhone only; see the Privacy Policy.
Purchases
I bought Lock Planner Pro but it isn't unlocked
Use the app's Restore Purchases option, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. If it still doesn't work, email us the date of purchase; please never send your password.
