Playing

How do I play?

Tap two identical tiles to remove them. They must be connected by a line with at most two turns that doesn't cross other tiles. Clear the board before the time runs out.

I'm stuck

Use a hint to see a pair that can be connected, or a block or pair remover. If no pair can be connected, the board is shuffled.

Purchases

I bought “Remove ads” but still see ads

Open the shop and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with, then restart the game. If ads still show, email us the date of purchase.

My hints and other items are gone

Items you bought or earned are stored on the device where you got them — they are not linked to an account and do not move to a new phone. They stay on the device even if you delete and reinstall the game, but are removed if the device is erased. “Restore Purchases” brings back “Remove ads” only, because items are used up as you play. If items you just bought did not arrive, email us the date of purchase.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

How do I stop personalised ads?

Turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, or buy “Remove ads”. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
