Purchases

I paid but my purchase isn't unlocked

In the app, open Settings → Premium and choose Restore, signed in to the store with the account you bought with: your Apple ID on iPhone and iPad, your Google account on Android. If it still doesn't unlock, email us the date of purchase and what you bought; please never send your password.

I bought in an earlier version of the app. Do I keep it?

Yes. Purchases are kept by the App Store or Google Play with your account, not inside the app. After updating, open Settings → Premium and choose Restore with the same account if your purchase isn't unlocked yet.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Study and results

Where are my results from the earlier version?

If you update from the earlier iPhone version of the app, ScoreUp reads the results that version saved on your device, so you keep them. This happens on your device only. Results are kept only on your device, not online. On Android, results from the earlier version are not transferred.

How do study reminders work?

Reminders are off until you turn them on in the app. When you turn them on, allow notifications for ScoreUp when your phone asks. If reminders don't appear, check that notifications for ScoreUp are allowed in your phone's settings and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them.

Which languages does the app support?

The app's interface is available in English, Vietnamese, Thai, French, Korean, Japanese and Portuguese (Brazil). By default the app uses your device's language. To change it, open Settings → Language in the app and choose one of these languages or Same as the device.
